Analysis – I’ve actually tipped him a few times when he’s been very frustrating losing 10-15L at the gates only to be beaten 3 or 4L at the line, IF he can get away on terms then he must run well. He runs off 72 here having won off 75-79-85-86 in his 4 h’cap wins, Its all about the first 50yds!!

Analysis – We did him last time out at Leicester when a staying on 3rd only beaten 1/2L. He’s won 5 of his 52 career races including a couple when I’ve tiped him at some decent odds,now as an 8yo he’s coming back down the h’cap and is now on the same mark of 80 as his last win in July 2015 at Glorious Goodwood.

Analysis – Another we’ve done before to differing levels of success, he’s yet to win for us but has been placed at some very rewarding odds. he was a little disappointing last time out at Kempton when he found nothing under pressure from 2 out having travelled very strongly to that point. Regular rider Rhiain Ingram claiming 3 again takes the ride in this apprentice riders race which is a positive as they know each other very well and he does run his best races here at Wolves.

Analysis – A dual CD winner both times off a mark of 75, so now off 8lb lower he really should run well having had 3 runs on the AW throughout March and then a turf run over CD 3 weeks ago. He should appreciate this quicker ground better than the ground of his latest run. All 5 career wins have come with P.Mulrennan on board.

Analysis – I was very confident this one would win last time out at Wolverhampton when I napped him at 25-1 and he went off 4-1 2fav. He looked to have the race won 2F out striding into the lead only to weaken in the last 1/2F and finish a 3L 6th. He gets a shorter trip on a stiffer track this time which might suit him and from stall 4 he can get out and dominate like he loves to. He’s also 2lb lower than last time and has Tom Eaves back on replacing apprentice Clifford Lee. Tom has has 6 winners from 34 rides in last 14 days so comes here full of confidence. That was a Class 5 last time so he does go back up in grade here and the first time blinkers last time are dispensed with so it might be that they lit him up too much last time and he did seem to pull too hard for the first 5F.
