Analysis – Has won 3/4 starts so far and his only run on turf was a three-quarter length victory the last day against the re-opposing Beringer. The pair pulled well clear of the rest so they both should be there again but I feel there’s more to come from this colt especially with Frankie Dettori taking over the reigns. His first three runs came on the all-weather but he handled this quick ground very well and you’d have to be quite disappointed if he’s not right there in this despite a 7lb rise.

Analysis – Lightly-raced and still unexposed in this handicap sphere on just her third start. She’s up 5lb for a recent success over C&D a fortnight ago when winning by just under two-lengths on this quick ground and that shouldn’t halt her from going close here. 3/5 of her career runs have been on this July course and have resulted in two victories and a third (beaten half a length) so clearly thrives on this track and is taken to continue this good record at HQ with William Buick in the saddle.
